I also think she needs a separate I-20 with a F2 endorsement. She should not just carry your I-20 with her name in it, then you are supposed travel with her. Again, these were the old rules and I am not an attorney and this is not a legal advise, just from my personal experience.
this only applies if your spouse does not have any other visa. In the Op's case, she already has a 10 year visa, so she is okay to visit. Just make sure that you are able to show the necessary funds for support when she lands here.

mergers and acquisitions come under successor of interest and GC process is usually status quo. at yous stage, M&A wouldnt need any inputs from ur side. Confirm with attorney.
Ofcourse you can also join company C, using AC21 with all the caveats that apply.

Rosie Huntington-WhiteleyFor EB3 case, after receiving the approval for I 140, I know that we have to wait till DOL Proiority Date is current to be able to file for I485.
If we decide to receive the green card in any consulars overseas, can we just go ahead and file the I485 after getting the I140 approval? (without waiting for PD to be current)
Any advice would be appreciated?
I believe that you will have to wait for priority dates to be current even if you go for Consular processing.

Rosie Huntington-WhiteleyI know a person, who was on H1b since Oct 06 without Pay (with valid H4visa stamp) and In feb 07 , she went to India and returned to US on her unexpired H4 visa. Did anyone hear similar stories.
I am trying to find out, if returning to US using unexpired H4 visa is safe option
or
applying for COS from H1-H4.

Call USCIS and find out. As per my knowledge, USCIS does not update it online once they send out the FP notice.

Rosie Huntington-WhiteleyYou are not limited to change job within the same corporation. However you are limited to changing the job within same or similar occupation.
Old company can revoke I-140 since it is their application. They can not revoke I-485 since it is your application. You may get RFE to show that you are still employed in same/similar occupation but that's about it. You don't need to start all over or lose your place in the queue.

My husband's company lawyer already filed our I-485 but I made a mistake in entering my present company detail. Basically, I'm in H1 also and my transfer is still in process , so the present company detail I entered was for my old company not my new company ( which is still in process but I already got the receipt number). I didnt' know at the time of filing which company to enter that's why. Sorry, for being clueless but I really need your advice. Thank you.

Rosie Huntington-WhiteleyA brief background: I have approved labor (PD Jun04/EB3), I-140 rejected & pending I-140 (MTR filled in Jan'07) with attorney A. Meanwhile got PERM LC approved & filled I-140 & I-485concurrently in Aug.07 thru Attorney B (recipt recived).(FYI....the same company did Old & New PERM Labor)
Now the question is, If my old I-140 gets approved, than do I have any benefit/advantage using that Old approved I-140 PD of Jun04 when my new I-140 gets approved? In short, can I still use my OLD priority date? (Jun04).(even though I have already concurrently filled New I-140 & I-485 in aug.07).
Any thoughts/suggestions/advice/ideas are appreciated. thanks.
yes you can use the old PD, google for "interfiling".
